Ideation Lead • Innovation Programme
The Ideation Lead is responsible for advising and delivering Accenture’s ‘Innovation as a Service’ offerings (Ideation sessions, Design Sprints and Hackathons). Activities include running workshops internally and externally to promote an innovative mindset and to solve complex problems using emerging technologies. Additionally in my role I worked alongside the Concept Development team to further develop ideas, applying a business case and feasibility assessment to ideas as well as working alongside the Go to Market and Marketing Teams running client tours of our Proof of Concept showcase. As work stream lead I was responsible for leading the external roadmap, including leading an RFP for >£500k and upskilling a junior Analyst. Through this role I became a ‘Subject Matter Expert’ in Ideation within Design Thinking and regularly teach this in ‘Train the Trainer’ sessions.

Commercial Operations Lead • Retail Client
As Commercial Operations Lead I was responsible for the Resource Management of 75 resources for a global technology implementation worth >$8m across 3 locations. During this role I regularly executed financial modelling and forecasting and worked with the global contract and client data teams to ensure the project was compliant.

Business Transformation Analyst & Project Management Office • Automotive Client
As a Business Transformation Analyst my responsibilities included Process Design and Implementation including L5 working instructions and multiple RACI’s for an offshore Business Process outsourcing team and onshore client team whilst working alongside Change Management. After 3 months my role transitioned to Project Management of a team of 10 to

Business Analyst – Agile Delivery • Media ClientAs a Business Analyst in web and app delivery for a large digital transformation, I worked across two projects, both being delivered end to end from requirements gathering, functional design, user experience testing to full functionality and release to production. Alongside my role as a BA I created a new process for Deployment Release Planning, created Training materials for offshore teams and supported multiple go-lives.

PROJECT MANAGER • SURREY WISE
August 2014 – March 2015
After Graduation from University I secured a role delivering a Digital Capability project funded by the Government Equalities Office, managing a £75,000 budget for 100 Surrey women to receive training in Digital and Confidence building skills. I executed the project from end to end, including setting up and managing the website and content, social media strategy and execution, PR, marketing, events and recruitment. The closing report by an external supplier reported a 97% success against our KPIs. Alongside this I worked on promotion and marketing strategy for the Youth Web Builder Qualification, one of the qualifications offered by DYA to the Surrey WISE attendees. This involved in the setting up of a project partnered with Accenture (Skills to Succeed) which supported young people across London.

PR, MARKETING AND SALES LEAD • UNIVERSITY CALENDAR BUSINESS ‘THE WARWICK ROWERS’
September 2013 – June 2014
The Warwick Rowers is a student led international business, which turned over £300,000 in 3 months. As Head of PR, Marketing and Sales I managed a team of 5 students and worked on product development. I created a marketing and PR strategy which resulted in the Warwick Rowers being featured in the press all over the world including a feature on E! as well as all major UK Broadsheets and Tabloids. I also created and executed a social media strategy through Twitter, Facebook and Blogs and managed a customer service team which dealt with hundreds of queries and created a process of dealing with complaints.

PROJECT MANAGER • BARCLAYS RETAIL BANK
June 2013 – August 2013
End to end Project Manager for a pilot initiative to support small businesses in the UK by offering free advertising space on Barclays ATMs. I managed relationships with business customers, business managers, senior stakeholders and an external advertising agency. I worked with the external media to promote the success of the project to build the Barclays brand from a CSR perspective. The pilot won an internal award and was also nominated for a Business Moneyfacts 2014 award. Additionally I worked with the Life Skills team researching and creating content.
